Care for the Caregiver

And you, who cares for you?

Coming soon · In clinical validation

The pillar no one sees

Behind every older person still living at home there is someone who makes it possible. Almost always a daughter. Sometimes a daughter-in-law, a wife, a son. And very often a hired carer, who gives her days, and often her years, to a family that is not her own.

They all carry the weight in silence. They rarely ask for help. And the exhaustion sets in without anyone asking.

We care for them too.

Overload gives no warning

The main caregiver holds on. Until they can't.

Days that never end. No rest. Poor sleep. They stop enjoying what they used to love. Guilty for stopping, and exhausted from carrying it all.

No one asks how they are. Everyone asks about the older person.

And this isn't only about them. If the one who cares falls, the care falls too. Their rest is not a luxury, it is what holds up the person they love.

An effect we want to make direct

74% reduction in perceived burden

In our pilot, accompanying the older person reduced the burden felt by their caregiver by 74%, without calling the caregiver even once.

Now we want to care for you head-on.

Not as a side effect of caring for someone else, but as the point of the call. Because the person who holds the house together deserves a call of their own.

What ANA does

One call a week. Five, seven minutes. Just for you.

Not a consultation, a conversation. ANA asks how you are. It validates what you do. It normalises the tiredness without judging it, because caring is tiring, and saying so doesn't make you a worse caregiver.

ANA listens to more than words. Over 200 nuances of your voice tell it when the wear stops being a bad day and starts to hold week after week. When that happens, no lecture. It gently brings the support you need closer.

And if you fall ill, or simply need to stop, ANA can accompany your loved one while you rest.

Accompany, not surveil

ANA does not diagnose. No therapy. No labels.

It speaks of changes in your day to day, never of a clinical picture. The programme has been designed with the supervision of a clinical psychologist specialised in gerontology, and with a clear limit: when the wear exceeds what companionship can hold, ANA refers you to a professional. Without you feeling abandoned. Without you feeling singled out.

Caring for someone should never cost you your own health.

Caring for the one who cares
