    Is it safe to rely on AI for this service?

    We understand that the term "artificial intelligence" can sometimes sound intimidating. However, our AI is trained exclusively with specific data and guided questions. It’s not connected to the internet and only knows what we provide — focused entirely on checking in on the health and well-being of our seniors.

    Can I add more than one user?

    Absolutely! Here’s how it works: Our plans are linked to each phone number. If we call a landline where two people live, we’ll ask about both. If we call a mobile phone that belongs to just one person, we’ll focus only on that individual.

    What happens after I subscribe?

    Once you subscribe, we’ll give you a call to gather the details of the family member we’ll be checking on. We’ll also ask for additional information, like the best time to send you the daily report and any special instructions you’d like us to follow. 

    Will I have access to the full conversation to make sure everything is working properly?

    Absolutely! Each day, you’ll get a phone call with an update about your family member or friend. If you can’t answer, no problem — you’ll also receive an email with the full transcript of the conversation, showing everything the service and your loved one said. You’ll always stay informed and in control.
